Highlights from the January 2007 Workshop

Join us for a half day of head shot practice and feedback to polish your posing skills and perhaps learn some new posing techniques. The workshop will be offered in two sessions, one in the morning and a second session after lunch. We have room for just five people at each session so we can spend plenty of time on everyone. Each participant will receive two prints of any images from the workshop to be printed up and mailed to them as part of the workshop fee; additional prints may also be purchased at the special rate of $75 per batch of 10 (25% off of our regular prices). Purchased prints will include the high resolution image files so you may make further prints on your own.

The goal is for actors, dancers, models and other artists to work with a photographer and polish your posing skills.  The session is designed to allow for feedback and instruction for all participants while being photographed.  Many different styles and poses can be tried and immediately viewed since we will be using a digital camera. We will use various lighting patterns and types as well as coach you on posing for your head shots.

Let's face it, you have about a half second to catch the casting director's eye, let's make that half second count. Our Guarantee will be in full effect for this workshop - you have nothing to loose. You will be assisted by Allie Goveia, an actress and student photographer, during your session.
